Vända is a deck of playing cards that are 100% rotationally symmetric, meaning every card looks exactly the same when turned upside-down.
The design of the Vända deck is different in every way, with simplified corner pip symbols, a cleaner, sleeker grid layout, elegant typographic court cards, a clean and sexy back design and unique center pip symbols that represent each suit.
Created by David Goldklang, a graphic designer in San Francisco, Vända playing cards were launched on Kickstarter on September 9, 2012, and have already exceeded its funding goal of $15,000.
There are currently eight days left in the project during which you can still sign up as a backer and get a few of these amazing card decks to have in your own home, or give as gifts to your card-playing friends and relatives.
Also offered as rewards are custom-engraved handcrafted wooden boxes, posters, uncut sheets and cool wooden tokens.
