Gluck+ Completes the Van Sinderen Plaza Along a Subway Line

American design studio Gluck+ finishes the design for Van Sinderen Plaza, which is a social housing project that is built along an elevated subway line. It is located in a low-income district and the purpose behind the project is to become a "gateway for the community."
It is found in East New York, where statistically, half of the residents fall below the poverty line. The building itself is made of two parts, both of which have seven levels and sit across from the aforementioned subway and bus stops. One side of the building is long and rectangular, housing 102 apartments, whereas the other building is much smaller and is made up of only 28 units.
