Paris-based fine jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels is showing its confidence in China’s luxury market by introducing a China-exclusive collection, including Hong Kong.
The collection includes necklaces, earrings and bracelets featured in different shades of red. For example, the vintage style Pétillante series, embedded with sparkling diamonds and rubies, highlights women who have deep red lips and black eyebrows, while the coral red stone studded Magic Alhambra series are for those who are really into the four-leaf clover.
Van Cleef entered China three years ago with only one store in Beijing, but the company has said it’s planning to open two stores in Hangzhou and Shanghai later this year.
