Tesla is Opening V3 Supercharger Stations Across Canadian Highways
Daniel Johnson — September 30, 2019 — Autos
Tesla has been constructing V3 Supercharger stations in Canada, many of which are now ready for use. Tesla has stated that 26 out of the 46 V3 Supercharger stations are ready for use, the chargers are being constructed alongside the Trans-Canada Highway. The construction for the new charging stations marks Tesla's first major rollout of its fastest chargers.
With the new charging stations, Tesla is drastically improving the range for its vehicles in the country. If drivers can reliably access charging stations during a long trip, then their electric vehicle can now travel much further. Due to the charging stations being fast chargers, EV drivers will also not have to wait long when charging their vehicle.
