With so many maid cafes popping up, they're starting to lose their charm—but not this unique cafe. At the pop-up Iron Maid Cafe, you're able to get a coffee and your shirts pressed at the same time.
The hybrid cafe is being launched as a promotional stunt for Original Stitch, which is an American online tailor based in Japan that sells made-to-measure clothing. Maids at the cafe will iron shirts at the cafe for a price of $8, while getting your measurements taken will set you back $10. Although this pop-up shop is only open until November 16th in Japan, it takes anywhere from three to five days for your shirts to be ironed and returned to you, so unfortunately the turnaround won't happen while you're sitting down and enjoying a cup of coffee.
