VR-Enabled Test Rides Are Now Available for UBCO 2x2 Bikes

UBCO, a New Zealand-based electric bike manufacturer, has just begun offering virtual test rides via Youtube in an effort to promote its UBCO 2x2 e-bike range. The new VR experience comes in the form of a 360-degree video, which the company posted to its Youtube channel.
Though the video is best experienced with a VR headset, the company encourages prospective customers who do not own VR-specific gear to check it out on their smartphones and computers. The virtual test ride intends to showcase what it feels like to actually ride a UBCO 2x2 model and contains footage of the bike traversing a variety of different terrain and environments. “We want everyone who is curious to be able to experience the magic of an UBCO 2X2,” said UBCO CMO Neil Tierney, referencing the innovative promotional tool.
