The Super Mario fanboy inside me jumped up and down with joy when I saw the Turtle Shell Racers built by Michale Curry.
Those who are unfamiliar with the world of Mario Cart, each of the racers in the game can pick up weapons, and one of them is a spiky turtle shell that you can launch at your enemies. While you can't launch these Turtle Shell Racers towards your rivals, you can still use it to race. Curry has provided a 3-D template for you to download so that you can make your very own at home. The only problem is that you do need a 3-D printer and if you do, this is a DIY project worth taking on especially if you're a huge Super Mario fan.
