Turn Hills is a new website that gives window shoppers around the world the chance to see what it's like to window shop in New York City. Turn Hills used crowdsourced photos to give virtual window shoppers a glimpse of NYC's most famous storefronts.
Currently Turn Hills offers views of 37 different storefronts including Prada, Gucci and Zara. Site members can contribute in addition to browsing through photos and are encouraged to share their shopping stories online. Turn Hills offers a special feature for New Yorkers called "MyMap" that lets them create their own virtual shopping mall filled with their favorite stores. Turn Hills is currently only available in New York, but the site has plans to expand to shopping meccas around the world.
