Auto parts manufacturer, Transit, has launched a new subscription-based service app for riders.
The Transit Royale will give users access to detailed maps and transit routes across the U.S. The app is typically paid, but will also run on a free version that gives users access to features including mobile ticket access, trip scheduling, and departure planning.
The Transit Royal app is set to launch in partner cities next year. Transit companies that have partnered with Transit App thus far include RTD in Denver, Metro Transit in St. Louis, Big Blue Bus in Santa Monica, RTA in Dayton, and RTS in Rochester. This new app is customer-focused and offers the best mobile experience for transit riders.
Users who cannot afford the subscription will be able to request a free subscription.
