Thinkability is a new app that was created in cooperation with the University of Nottingham, Eumedianet and early-stage researcher Harleen Rai. The platform was specifically made for individuals with dementia and the platform has various activities ranging from games, puzzles to physical activities that are based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for both individuals and caregivers to enjoy together.
Thinkability helps to stimulate the brain of the person living with dementia while giving friends and family a new activity to enjoy with them. Games include hangman and word search as well as prompt discussions about holidays, the news, or the arts. Thinkability is currently in its beta testing phase and is available in the App Store and Google Play.
