International Bacon Day falls on September 3rd and Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is celebrating with two bacon-themed specials: The Graceland Pancake and Bacon and Eggs Pancake.
Bacon and pancakes are a perfectly sweet and savory combination and now there are two new ways to enjoy the pairing. From August 25 through September 7, all Snooze locations will be serving two new bacon-themed pancake specials. The Graceland Pancake is an Elvis-inspired dish that features buttermilk pancaked studded with fresh banana slices and topped with peanut butter cream, caramel sauce, whipped butter, and chopped bacon bits. On the other hand, the Bacon and Eggs Pancake starts with a buttermilk pancake mixed with chopped bacon and cheddar cheese, all topped with a crispy sunny-side-up egg, more bacon, and maple black pepper syrup.
Best of all, 100% of the proceeds from the two specials will go to the organization No Kid Hungry.
