Jimmy Fallon and The Force Awakens Cast Perform a Star Wars Melody
Malika Renee Butss — December 19, 2015 — Pop Culture
Funny man Jimmy Fallon invited the Star Wars: The Force Awakens cast onto The Tonight Show to discuss the highly anticipated film and to sing a popular medley completely a capella.
With the help of The Roots -- as well as Fallon himself -- The Force Awakens cast got fans into the spirit of the sci-fi saga release with an a capella medley of the film's theme song The Imperial March. Done in the iconic Brady Bunch style, viewers can witness classic Star Wars characters such as Chewbacca, Han Solo, Princess Leia and R2-D2 belt out notes alongside newcomers such as BB-8, Finn, Kylo Ren and Rey.
With every character hitting their note in perfect key, it's a shame the film wasn't made a musical instead.
