Wind River Tiny Homes designs the Tellico House as the new Park Model to join its roster. It may be one of the larger homes that has a wheeled foundation with its 45 feet measurement. The home is meant for families and has a spacious design the interior filled with apartment-like elements.
Another notable aspect is the porch which is integrated into the outdoor area. It is complete with engineered wood siding and the aforementioned porch measures 10 feet. The interior is almost 400 square feet and a large part of this is a living room with an open-plan structure. This area has a sofa for cozy comfort and a small coffee table by the door.
