Teamviewer, a global provider of remote access and remote control technology maintenance software, has partnered with Jamf, an IT admin system designed specifically for Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs. As a result of the partnership, Teamviewer will now be natively integrated into Jamf Pro, providing the company with a unique opportunity to offer its remote connectivity solutions to Apple users.
Jam Pro users will now be able to turn on 'TeamViewer Tensor' to receive remote assistance when faced with a tech-related problem. Once activated, TeamViewer will control, manage, monitor, and repair a user's device depending on their specific needs.
