Hertsmere House is a new architectural project, set to be situated in the West India Quay next to Canary Wharf in the city of London, that once completed will take the title of being the tallest residential building in Western Europe.
With a maximum height of 240 meters planned, Hertsmere House will well and truly make its mark in the London skyline. It will be constructed on a plot of land that is currently home to a small office building with the same name that will be demolished. The tower itself will feature 67 stories and will have a design that is inspired by flower petals.
Ultimately, what's great about Hertsmere House isn't merely the fact that it will be the tallest residential building in the region, but that it will include 156 affordable homes for Londoners and will help give a big boost to the Canary Wharf area.
