Different seasons bring a variety of different feathered creatures into your backyard. The Surfin Bird is a charming garden item that can be modified with the weather and according to the changing preferences of your winged visitors.
Made by Dreikant, this cute contraption has three long wooden legs that allow you to place it on patios, decks and amidst flower beds. You don't need an ideal tree from which to hang it. On top of the stilt-like supports sits a house-shaped bare steel cubby, complete with a pitched roof and two open sides. It's inside this that you slide a wooden drawer that encloses the front and back walls and provides an entry hole and a perch. The Surfin Birdhouse can easily become the Surfin Bird Feeder.
