These mac and cheese stuffed pretzel bites look absolutely delicious. It is times like this when I wish I enjoyed cheese as much as everyone else does. I love pretzels and the combination sounds like a perfect way to indulge in both. The creation was made because a mother could not understand why her daughter did not enjoy mac and cheese. She decided to hide it in a pretzel with the attempt to have her eat the bite sized snack not realizing what was inside. The daughter would scoop out the filling and just eat the pretzel.
Although I am not a huge fan of cheese I am already thinking about when I could make these for a friend or family gathering. They would be a fan favorite for sure.
