Sonos Speakers Can Now Stream Audiobooks Through The Libby App

Sonos now has the ability to stream audiobooks that are taken form libraries, though the Libby app. The ability to stream audiobooks was made possible through a partnership between Sonos and OVerDrive, which is the organization behind Libby. In order to begin listening users need to download the Libby app, and register a library card with a Sonos Speaker system. Following that they will be able to select books to listen to from their local library.
The app is compatible with nearly all libraries across North America. Overall the partnership allows a large section of people to access audio content at a time when demand for entertainment is at an all-time high. Additionally integrating the app with speaker systems can allow multiple people to listen at once.
