This project in Quito, Ecuador by architects from studio arquitectura x is an epitome of uncertainty as its functionality is still undecided. Unclear in terms of purpose, the "project became a house in the process." That is, "its actual configuration [was] decided during [the] construction process."
Apparently, the only two fixed requirements for this building were a field that was accessible for a game of football, as well as a space for entertaining and possible barbecues. Thus, the architectural strategy for the structure, boasting a still undecided functionality, is driven by vagueness. Even so, the materials and design elements, implemented by arquitectura x prove to be in a balanced existence. This not only points to the merits of the architectural company, but it also boasts a spontaneously experimental design.
