The Starbucks drag queen commercial, featuring Adore Delano and Bianca Del Rio from RuPaul's Drag Race, is nothing short of brilliant.

The coffee franchise gets a lot of flak for being mediocre and over-priced, but one thing that it's consistently great about is supporting marriage equality and LGBTQ rights. This ad is awesome because, first and foremost, it's entertaining. It's an ad meant to amuse, delight and enthrall viewers. With big hair and even bigger lashes, Delano and Del Rio prove that you can look fabulous and simultaneously be hilarious.

Although this is the first LGBTQ advertisement for the brand, Starbucks refrained from being too preachy, sticking to camp and humor. This is a great step forward when it comes to integrating queer people into mainstream media.
