S.S. DALEY Takes Desire and Obligation into Focus for FW22
S.S. DALEY showcases the latest fashion designs at London Fashion Week made for the Fall/Winter 2022 season. The new capsule focuses closely on the dissolution of privilege at the forefront and bringing balance to the elements of both desire and obligation.
The seasonal range is made up of two parts but starts with the stately home before it moves beyond. By creating the collection as such, Steven Stokey-Daley creates the visuals of the very means of clothing for different activities. Speaking about the new range, Stokey-Daley states, “As I worked on the collection, I started writing my own narrative [...] For each look, I gave it a character. It jumps from different periods and reference points, merging with my ideas of theatre and movement, to build my own modern-day period drama.”
