Indian health tech startup Spry has announced the launch of a self-assessment tool designed to enable users to gauge their own readiness for physical activities.
Using a combination of computer vision and user inputs, the innovative tool can assess a person's mobility and overall movement health. From there, it can provide users with a customized movement plan, the results of which differ greatly depending on a wide range of variables.
