The Work of Bobo Miette Makes Spirographs Interesting Again
Tinkalicious — January 17, 2009 — Art & Design
I guess we could have anticipated seeing it sooner or later, but the inspiration behind some of the incredible artwork by Bobo Miette is the use of that intriguing drawing system, the Spirograph! In addition to the exquisite, lacy adornments shown here, (the term 'jewelry' doesn’t quite do it justice), Miette creates all manners of otherwordly looking designs out of all kinds of materials, primarily plastics, but also in metal, pearls and beadwork.
This shows Miette's incredible vision and enormous talent.
