A new special-edition football kit is set to debut officially on June 18th at 2023’s UEFA Nations League Finals but the design is available for purchase starting June 14th. The occasion "marks a glorious historical moment." The exclusive launch celebrates the Italian Football Federation's 125th anniversary and the FIGC entered into a collaboration with sports giant adidas to commemorate the moment.
The design of the special-edition football kit draws insanitation from the national Italian team's win against France in 1910. The jersey is made out of cotton and features slick gold detailing for the three stripes on the shoulders and adidas' logo. The design also proudly boasts Italy's national team shield, with the anniversary figures printed below.
