The latest Nike Lab creation came from a collaboration between Lebron James and the Parisian fashion line Pigalle, creating the Lebron 12 Elite special edition sneakers.
These running shoes have tall wings to support and stabilize the ankle and add to their stylish look. They have an anodized chrome finish and treatment with a geometric lace lock. The pull tag at the back of the special edition sneakers show off both the Pigalle and Lebron 12 logos. The collar of the shoes have additional memory foam and a leather tongue as well as display the Pigalle logo in rubber.
With a fashion design that still functions exceptionally on the court, the collaboration resulted in well-designed shoes and an excellent marketing strategy, as most collaboration apparel gets a ton of media and consumer attention.
