This Smaug the Dragon sculpture takes the idea of books being so exciting they "jump off the page" and makes it real. The sculpture features Smaug slithering his way out of the book and right into a room near you.
Victoria of VMCREATIONS takes the antagonist from the new Hobbit movie and makes him into a veritable piece of modern art. The detail is impressive, and though it does not show the entire body of Smaug, it does depict his head very accurately.
One big piece of amazing detail, though, is the exit point of where Smaug is leaving the book. It truly looks like he is bursting out of the pages the way it's designed, and that is just awesome.
