This sleep-tracking camera allows parents of infants and toddlers to better understand their kids' sleeping patterns in order to adjust them where necessary.
Called 'Knit,' the system comes in the form of a camera and has an accompanying app. The camera is meant to be pointed at a child's crib to provide daily information about their sleeping patterns based on their body and chest movements while they are sleeping. It is able to interpret overall sleep quality, how quickly children fall asleep, when they wake up and is able to put together long-term patterns for the parent to see.
This sleep-tracking camera removes some of the guesswork when it comes to understanding babies' sleeping patterns and allows for parents to take preemptive action in the case that there is an issue.
