Guests at this Hotel Can Sleep in Zero Gravity Environments
References: dezeen & designtaxi
Guests staying at this European hotel are able to experience what it's like to sleep in zero gravity environments without leaving planet earth. The design idea was conjured up by a group of architect students from the AA Visiting School Slovenia. Their project, called 'KSEVT Hotel,’ puts guests in a suit and suspends them above the ground.
The students were asked to create a concept that increases and promotes sustainable tourism. In a three week brainstorming session, their idea came in the form of a suit called the 'Levitation Suit.' By attaching the suit to ropes and pulleys, guests can experience the comfortable freedom of zero gravity movement.
The ability to sleep in zero gravity transforms an average 2D sleep into a fun 3D experience that will surely be memorable for all guests at the hotel.
