Zalando collaborated with seven designers to create a collection of size-inclusive designer shoes so that all shoe lovers can find comfortable styles and sizes that match their aesthetic. The German e-tailer worked with Filling Pieces, Rejina Pyo, Holzweiler, MISBHV, Elleme, GCDS and Ekchaus Latta on a 14-piece size-inclusive footwear collection offering sizes 35 to 46 in shoes.
This collection includes everything from loafers and boots to heels and clogs and it helps to address the fact that for smaller designer brands, offering inclusive sizing options can be a challenge. More than anything, cost is a factor that prevents shoe molds outside of the typical 36 to 41 sizes from being created. For this collaboration, Zalando made sure that each designer brand had the molds they needed to expand their size range.
