The American video game company EA recently announced the launch of 'The Sims Social' that will serve as a Facebook extension of the popular online game. 'The Sims Social' will allow Facebook users to create their own avatars and interact with other users on Facebook. 'The Sims Social' will provide Facebookers free and entertaining ways to create new and exciting relationships with their friends and other users from all over the world.
'The Sims Social' will serve as a virtual playground for Facebook users similar to the ways in which Farmville, CityVille and Mafia Wars have done over the previous two years. EA also plans to design a mobile app for Sims so that players can access the game via their cell phone at all times. While no official date has been released with regards to when users will be able to start using 'The Sims Social,' a Facebook page has been created.
