Third grade teacher Lori Nestingen from Westby Elementary School in Wisconsin runs a unique bonding program for seniors and kids by the name of 'Grandbuddy.'
The kids are paired up with an elderly resident of the Norseland Nursing Home and are have the chance to share special interactions on planned activity days. A typical visit to the nursing home might involve activities like singing, reading or playing group games.
