A lot of the time, art in the home is added for decorative purposes, which is hopefully what most people think when they are looking right at the ICUmini home security system. The high-level security system disguises itself as paintings and photo frames, so that you can always keep an eye on what's going on in your home, especially since artwork always gets placed where it can be seen best.
The ICUmini system works alongside an app that displays what the HD cameras inside the frames is capturing. The cameras let you record and live stream video and audio, and connect up to eight cameras within your house. When you are away, the app will immediately notify you of unusual activity, including when and where it took place.
ICUmini is now crowdfunding on Indiegogo, aiming to raise $35,000 to expand the capabilities of the system.
