When you first look at the Schon! Magazine Androgyny photo series, you'll probably think that the photographer was using a long exposure technique to blur the lines, as though the model was engaging in a lot of movement. Although the technique has been very popular as of late, there is a special twist to this photoshoot. The fuzziness is actually a tasteful bit of illustration superimposed on top of each image.
Shot by Amsterdam-based fashion and beauty photographer Marnix Postma, the Schon! Magazine Androgyny photo series features the work of Amsterdam-based illustrator Galya Gisca. The shoot was fiercely styled by Yannis Kyriazos in lots of glittering leather outfits. Model Jean Paul Paula had his hair styled by Ilona de Leeuw with makeup by Jean Baptiste Trannoy.
