San Francisco-based retail store Betabrand has been preparing for Christmas with a hugely obese Santa Claus sculpture gracing its window display called 'Santa the Hutt.' The ginormous figure of Santa Claus was made to juxtapose Jabba the Hutt from the movie franchise Star Wars. This massive sculpture was designed by California-based Cianna Valley. The huge Santa was made to pose with passerby's and customers alike who want to have their photo taken with possibly the biggest and fattest Santa Claus in the history of Santa Clauses.
"In the end, not even Santa Claus could resist the orgy of holiday excess! For centuries the paragon of virtue, Kris Kringle has now transmogrified into a vile Yuletide leviathan known as Santa The Hutt.
"After gorging himself on fruitcake and fortified wine, this slovenly mass of groaning, velvet-ensconced blubber has relocated to the floor of the Betabrand company store in San Francisco," says the store.
