For the latest BLVCK MVGIC music video, dubstep artist Kill the Noise opted to use claymation to depict the gruesome and horror-inducing sites of a Salem Witch Hunt gone horribly wrong.
Targeting a single mother, aka the witch, a small town rallies together to perform a trial by fire, nailing her to a cross and slowly lowering her into the flames. A blood bath quickly follows and the witch manages to get her revenge with a terrible curse just before she is slaughtered. The whole video is set to the dark, moody tunes of an angry bass and the haunting sounds of a choir chanting “kill the noise.”
Basing the video on a Salem Witch Hunt has the potential to put viewers in an enraged and passionate mindset.
