'Salad Station,' the Los Angeles-based restaurant famous for its farm-fresh ingredients, has announced a new expansion initiative through franchising. The restaurant chain saw rising sales throughout the pandemic across its locations which have allowed it to expand over the past few years. Currently, Salad Station has 24 operating locations.
Salad Station has outlined its intentions to reach 50 locations by 2024 and 100 locations by 2027 through franchising. The restaurant is primarily looking for individuals who share its values rather than individuals experienced in running a restaurant. Salad Station has stated that its franchises are "no experience required" and are "made with the family in mind." The rough startup cost of opening a Salad Station franchise location is between $200,000 and $400,000 USD plus an additional fee of $30,000.
