Second to carrying around safety blankets, a child's bedroom is a haven where they can feel protected from whatever goes bump in the night. As a way to help kids feel even more safe before getting a bit of shut eye, Glow Away developed a glow-in-the-dark duvet cover.
The Glow Away set comes with a duvet cover, a pillowcase and a story book, which introduces a character named Boo who fights monsters. The book itself was written with guidance from psychologists with the aim of lessening fear and anxiety in children. Comforting words and images from the story are reiterated on the glowing bedding, which is capable of emitting a glow in the dark after its ink has a chance to soak up light for about 30 minutes.
