Rose Eken makes music with her detailed miniature monuments. The series of small guitars and drum kits were created by the Danish artist as a way to celebrate her love of rock and roll. The tiny statues are composed out of cardboard, tape, ink, paint, perspex and wire, providing tribute to an array of musical legends.
Each of the pieces is an actual replica of a rock legend's instrument from Jimi Hendrix’s guitar to John Bonham’s drum kit to name a few. Eken demonstrates that she is truly a music junkie, using her artwork to make the ultimate rock n' roll shrine.
