Rollicking works in partnership with footwear label Vans to rework one of its most iconic silhouettes, the signature laceless 'Slip-On' model. The new iteration draws inspiration from its own souvenir jackets, highlighting the intricate Japanese graphics. The uppers are complete in a predominately black foundation using sleek satin materials and it is decorated with beautifully intricate imagery.
The designs are informed using embroidered processes and features a tiger and bunny on the right foot, and a dragon and the same bunny on the left side. Both of the shoes are accented with an embroidered cursive "Japan" and subtle branding accents of "Vans off the Wall." The satin shoes are packaged within a special co-branded box, following the same design theme.
