Waterstone at the Circle is a luxury-minded retirement residence that opened its doors in the heart of Boston's Brighton neighbourhood this past January. The residence is home to a number of chic amenities but sets itself apart by promoting its modern design to a demographic whose average age is 82.
“We’ve found that most seniors want to remain in the city. You’re seeing a trend where empty-nesters are downsizing and lots of new product are being built for them. They’ll want additional services when they’re 80," said Michael Gordon, VP of planning development at real estate firm Epoch Senior Living who is behind the project.
Waterstone at the Circle promotes healthy, city living with an indoor pool, spacious units and other features like communal building areas and even a convenient chauffeur service for residents.
