Los Angeles-based digital artist Sarah DeRemer has designed a set of realistic balloon animals that feature lifelike details. DeRemer is well-known for her absurd animal creations, which have ranged from birds with sets of human teeth to hilarious hybrid animals. Her latest project puts an unconventional spin on balloon animals with the addition of texture and lifelike features.
DeRemer's new series is called 'Balloon Zoo' and features a number of different zoo animals such as a rhino, a moose and a hippopotamus. Each of the creatures is presented with real-life fur, skin and scales, which gives the balloons the added dimension of texture.
