The RE-35 Cartridge Lets You Shoot Digital Photos With Film Cameras
Meghan Young — April 7, 2011 — Tech
Falling right in line with retro fashion, vintage decor and other flashback throwbacks, the RE-35 cartridge lets you relive your analog days and indulge in a bit of nostalgia. Although just a concept at the moment, this peculiar piece changes your film camera into a digital one.
Modeled after the traditional roll of film, the RE-35 cartridge does not, however, hold an actual roll of film. Instead, hidden within is a retractable image sensor. Available in three different versions (4, 8 and 12 megapixel), it can satisfy pretty much any resolution needs.
Simply put the RE-35 cartridge into your film camera and once done shooting, you can connect it to your computer via USB cable.
