New Balance works in collaboration with Tokyo Design Studio on the latest iteration of the iconic RC ELITE V2 sneaker model for the seaosn. It is designed in a Steel Blue colorway and boasts breathable elements with the 3D knit materials that are used to create the upper.
The shoe also retains some distressed design language with the choppy cutout accents that are sewn throughout the knit upper. It is inspired by the New Balance 1300JP running shoes and has blue and grey throughout along with eggshell white on the panels. To round out the latest update, the performance sole unit is packed with FuelCell technology and has a carbon fiber plate to provide energy return and all-angle function.
