Disney teamed up with Bandai to create the R2-D2 Tamagotchi, which puts a new spin on a nostalgic toy for sci-fi lovers of all ages. The new version of the digital pet introduces a pocket-sized droid to take on the go, and it must be trained, cleaned and cared for. Unlike Tamagotchi's other digital pets of the past that leave behind waste, this one accumulates dust and needs virtual care in other ways. Tamagotchi owners will want to be especially diligent with their care, so that the droid doesn't get taken away by the Jawas.
