The North Face offers a professional rock climbing gear collection to celebrate its 50-year legacy. Dubbed 'The Pinnacle Archives,' the performance-driven products are "revived pieces that have been taken to the edges of the Earth by the world's best climbers and explorers." The initiative is not only inspirational it is also a celebration of the human spirit and its endurance. Each item in the revived professional rock climbing gear collection is accompanied with a note from the previous owner — a letter that tells the garment's story and "the travels [it] went on," which adds more value to the narrative of the piece itself.

This inspiring collection debuts at an altitude of 2100 m in the Dolomites in Italy. The pop-up will be open for seven days, the items will be auctioned and the profits of the professional rock climbing gear will go to mountaineering charities.
