Lennox Industries, a company that specializes in high-tech air conditioning, heating and ventilation products, has launched a brand new smart thermostat that isn't just designed to provide intelligent climate control but is also capable of staying on top of maintenance and service issues.
The 'S40 Smart Thermostat' can be used in conjunction with Lennox's 'Smart Room Sensor,' which generates temperature readings to the thermostat in order to enable it to adjust temperatures accordingly in each location of interest.
In addition to providing temperature regulation, the 'S40 Smart Thermostat' can also monitor air pollutants. It is even capable of proactively notifying you if the system has any issues, and can help you remotely share diagnostic data with your dealer.
In the words of Lennox Industries vice president and general manager Quan Nguyen, this smart thermostat "controls a one-of-a-kind, fully communicating system that seamlessly and intelligently works together to stay tuned into your home and deliver consistently perfect, healthy air."
