The Ambrosia Plant-Based Custard is the UK-based brand's latest addition to its ambient product range that's perfect for vegetarian and vegan consumers to incorporate into their diet.
The canned custard is characterized by its inherently creamy formulation yet is free from dairy while also being non-HFSS and free from artificial preservatives, flavors and colors. Fortified with calcium, the custard is suitable for enjoyment hot or cold to accommodate different preferences and is arriving now at select Morrisons locations in a 390-gram can with additional retailers receiving stock starting next month.
Marketing Director for Desserts at Premier Foods Daniel Jalalpour spoke on the Ambrosia Plant-Based Custard saying, "We know that people’s diets are changing and it is our job to offer alternatives to suit all tastes and requirements. Expanding our Ambrosia range with this new plant-based custard will enable households to still enjoy the nation’s favourite ambient custard, whether they are looking to cut down on dairy or follow a plant-based diet.”
