Design professionals have no excuse not to make their professional profiles a little more creative, and this photographer's business card is a clever example of a wallet-sized handout that clearly suggests the subject's skill and succeeds in remaining memorable.
How Low Ink Studio chose to represent its client, freelance photographer Hugo Fernandez, was to develop an ID card design that immersed the customer in his world. A transparent plastic was chosen which was marked quite minimally with outlines of small black rectangles and a central circle to mimic the look of a digital camera's viewfinder. A black strip along the bottom of this photographer's business card reads his name and contact details where a real display screen would provide information on the picture's settings.
