Photographer Andrew Whyte is a UK artist who documents the world vicariously through a LEGO photographer.
The series is called ‘The Legographer’ and all the photos are taken off of Whyte’s iPhone. The Legorapher has been all around the UK and when he isn’t taking photos, the figurine is safely tucked away in Whyte’s pocket. This series was part of a 365-day project, which forced Whyte to capture an image every day for an entire year.
Whyte gives life to the popular childhood figurine by encompassing him in photographic day to day scenes. In light of the Legographer, Whyte has said, “Immersing [himself] in the adventures & occasional mishaps of a minifigure photographer.”
These photos are both nostalgic and humorously pleasing.
