Mars Petcare has partnered with the Waltham Petcare Science Institute to help offer consumers the new 'Pet Health Pal' educational tool to give pet owners a bit of added support. The tool is supported by some of the most popular pet food brands in the UK, Pedigree and Whiskas, and can be accessed through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger thanks to its chatbot functionality. This will provide owners with pertinent information they need to know as they spend more time at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
General Manager at Mars Petcare UK Helen Warren-Piper spoke on the 'Pet Health Pal' educational tool saying, "During Covid-19, a number of pet parents have got in touch with questions and concerns about how best to take care of their pets during the pandemic.
